Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Time and Carriers

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that Uprise is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances that are outside of our direct control. For this reason, shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of carrier-related delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Uprise is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

To help us process your request, you must include:

  • Clear photographs of the exterior packaging

  • Clear photographs of the damaged contents inside the package

Please email the photos along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to info@UpriseNote.com. Claims submitted without the required photos may not be eligible for replacement.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement or resolution, you must include:

International Shipping

International shipping times and fees vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Uprise is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
